KareBee Return & Refund Policy

At KareBee, customer satisfaction is important to us. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver quality products. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, customers must notify KareBee within 48 hours of delivery of the order.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Different from the item ordered
You must provide:
- A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
- Your order number.
After verification, KareBee may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a full or partial refund.
Important: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.
3. Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a complete unboxing video showing all contents received.
After verification, KareBee will either:
- Ship the missing item (if available), or
- Issue a refund for the missing item.
4. Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original condition.
- Original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact.
- The return request has been approved by KareBee.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Electronic products and electronic accessories.
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a customer refuses delivery, rejects the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable for delivery resulting in return of the shipment:
- Forward and return shipping charges incurred by KareBee will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned parcel is received and inspected.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Any logistics charges incurred due to refused or undeliverable orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.
9. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the payment method and order circumstances.
Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
10. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, replacement, or refund, contact KareBee Customer Support and provide:
- Order Number
- Registered Mobile Number or Email Address
- Clear Unboxing Video
- Product Images (if applicable)

11. Final Decision
KareBee reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after reviewing the submitted evidence and verifying the claim with our fulfillment partners.
