KareBee Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KareBee. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across India. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, KareBee ships orders only within India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are calculated after the order has been dispatched.

Gujarat

  • Estimated delivery: 6–7 business days

All Other States in India

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Remote Locations

  • Certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may require up to 15 business days for delivery, depending on courier partner availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Applicable shipping promotions

The exact shipping charge, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout and in your order summary before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Tracking information will be updated in your order details.
  • Customers will receive tracking updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.

If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact KareBee Customer Support.

6. Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable delivery across India, KareBee works with trusted logistics partners, including:

  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Ecom Express
  • Other courier partners as required

Courier partners may change depending on serviceability and delivery location.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

If a shipment is returned due to any of the above reasons:

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests redelivery.

8. Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully before accepting delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered with
  • Incomplete

Please:

  1. Refuse delivery, or
  2. Mark the package as "Damaged" while accepting it.

Additionally, contact KareBee Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video and photographs for verification.

9. Bank Holidays & Public Holidays

Deliveries are not performed on certain bank holidays, public holidays, or local holidays observed by courier partners.

Orders scheduled during such periods may be delivered on the next working day.

10. Shipping Delays & Transit Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Remote location servicing

Once an order has been dispatched, shipment movement is managed by the courier partner.

In rare cases where a shipment remains delayed or stuck in transit, courier investigations may take up to 45 days to conclude.

KareBee will assist customers in coordinating with courier partners; however, transit delays after dispatch are beyond our direct control.

11. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier partner after completion of their investigation process, KareBee will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund, subject to verification and approval.

12. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

KareBee shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
